WAIVER OF LIABILITY: I hereby for myself, my heirs and executors waive and release all rights and claims by damages I may have against the MECA Color Fun Run, race sponsors, race organizers, volunteers, Harwood Union Unified School District,  Moretown Elementary School, and the Moretown Education Center for All through which the race passes for all injuries suffered by me during my participation in the 2019 MECA Color Fun Run. I verify that I am physically fit and sufficiently trained for this competition and that my physical condition for participation in these types of events have been verified by a licensed medical doctor during the last six months. 

RACE WAIVER: I assume all risks associated with running in this event, including but no limited to: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or wind, the conditions of the trails, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I understand that bicycles, baby joggers, roller blades and running with a dog are not allowed in the race and I will abide by all race rules. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. The undersigned further grants full permission to the Moretown Education Center for All, Harwood Union Unified School District, Moretown Elementary School, and or agents authorized by them to use any photographs, videotapes, recordings, or any other record of this event for any purpose. 

REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be issued for any reason after you register for this event. Entries CANNOT be transferred to another event or year. By registering for this event you agree to the refund policy.
